Warranty:

On NEW firearms any warranty claim must be made directly with the manufacturer of the firearm.  Riverman Gun Works will always attempt to assist the Buyer in whatever way possible to help process the warranty.

On USED firearms Riverman Gun Works provides a one year Warranty.  Riverman Gun Works will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price, at Riverman's discretion, for one year from purchase as evidenced by the dated receipt.

Returns:

On NEW firearms, Returns will be accepted within 30 calendar days, for STORE CREDIT ONLY, provided: the firearm is still new; the firearm has NOT been fired; all packaging, paperwork, and ORIGINAL, BLANK Warranty registration paperwork, is returned. The intent is the firearm is still considered NEW and can be resold as such.

On USED firearms, Returns will be accepted within 30 calendar days, for STORE CREDIT ONLY, provided: The firearm is in a condition as good as when purchased by the Buyer, and includes all accessories originally sold to Buyer such as magazines, cases, extra parts, etc...

Consignment Firearms:

Riverman Gun Works is merely a facilitator, and not the seller, of consignment items. In the event of a problem with a consignment firearm, Riverman Gun Works will make every attempt to assist the Buyer of a consignment firearm in getting a satisfactory resolution with the seller. However no warranty, guarantee, refund or return is available on consignment items. Consignment items are sold “as-is, where-is.”

 

Special Orders:

All special orders must be pre-paid in full. There is no refund or return on Special Order items. Warranty on Special Order items are between the Buyer and the manufacturer. Riverman Gun Works will always attempt to assist the buyer in whatever way possible to help process the warranty.

General Terms:

All Warranty, Returns, and Refunds are limited to the value of the original purchase only. Riverman Gun Works and Idaho Suppressor Works are not responsible for any incidental damage, issues or injuries.

 

All Warranty, Return and Refund policies apply to the original Buyer only, and original receipts, or other proof of purchase acceptable to Seller, is required.
